1. Use personal information
When you sign up for a WOWLOUD account or purchase WOWLOUD’s products and services available on the WOWLOUD web page, we may ask you for certain personal information such as email address, postal address, age, gender and residence.
In addition, when you use the WOWLOUD Software Application, WOWLOUD Service and WOWLOUD Websites, we will automatically gather information about your use of the application, service and website including personal information such as your medium of access, your search queries, the date and time of your requests, your Internet protocol address, the performance of your network and computer during which you access the WOWLOUD service, your web browser type, language and identifying information, your operating system and application version.
Further, if you activate WOWLOUD Social (as defined in the WOWLOUD Terms and Conditions of Use), we will receive and store your Facebook user name.
By using the WOWLOUD products and services, you agree to allow MNC access to this personal information in order for MNC (i)to provide the products and services that you have purchased or requested (including the display of customised content and advertising), (ii) to communicate with you concerning your account and customer service issues, (iii) to personalize and constantly improve the WOWLOUD Software Application, the WOWLOUD Service and the WOWLOUD Websites, (iv) to ensure technical functionality of our products and services, (v) to develop new products and services, and (vi) to ensure copyright-protection of the content provided by the WOWLOUD Service (e.g. by limiting the WOWLOUD user access to the WOWLOUD Service content).
If you have activated WOWLOUD Social, you agree to allow MNC to share your Facebook user name and your Facebook profile picture to other WOWLOUD users connected to WOWLOUD Social.
Furthermore, the default setting for the visibilityof your WOWLOUD playlists (including created playlists, starred music and top lists) is set to ‘visible’ i.e. other WOWLOUD users connected to WOWLOUD Social are able to view your playlists.
If you do not wish for such use of your personal data taking place, you should choose not to activate WOWLOUD Social and/or adjust your WOWLOUD Social settings accordingly.

2. Sharing information with others
Throughout the use of the WOWLOUD products and services, you agree to allow MNC to share your personal information as and when necessary in order to
- Provide you with the products or services that you have purchased or requested.
- Enforce the terms and conditions of the WOWLOUD Terms and Conditions of Use.
- Comply with laws, regulations and any applicable court orders or to respond or comply with litigation matters or other legal processes.
- Allow for a change of ownership of WOWLOUD (including but not limited to an acquisition by or merger with another company) and related transfer of all personal information to the new owner in which case any information remains protected in accordance with this WOWLOUD Privacy Policy.
- Allow advertising audits and analysis measuring the size and composition of the group of users that have listened to and/or viewed an advertisement or other promotional information.
- Allow us to use third party services to perform surveys to measure your experiences and use of our services (MNC will not permit the said third parties to utilize your personal information for any other purpose).
- Allow us to share aggregated statistics about use of the WOWLOUD Software Application and the WOWLOUD Service with parties with whom we do business. We will not, however, share personally identifying information with these parties or any other third parties, except under the narrow circumstances described above.
In some cases, access to certain MNC products and services may require you to provide your personal information to a third party, such as our business partners. In such cases, this will be communicated accordingly to the user during the registration process, in the terms of use or in a similar manner. The third party’s usage of such information is governed by the respective party’s privacy policy. Conversely, WOWLOUD’s use is governed by this WOWLOUD Privacy Policy. Please visit the privacy policy of our business partners’ to ensure that you understand how they use the personal information you provide to them. If you do not wish for such use of your personal data taking place, you should not register for the applicable product or service.

3. Security
MNC has taken a number of steps to keep your personal information secure from unauthorised access and abuse. For example, it is highly recommended that you use a unique and strong password and not to share this password with anyone. In addition, we use encrypted transmissions to limit access to the systems that store your personal information.
MNC respects and complies with all applicable laws and regulations on data protection. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your WOWLOUD user access name and password. While we try our utmost to safeguard your personal information upon receipt, no transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed 100% secure.

4. Use of WOWLOUD by Children
If you agree to pay the fee for access to the applicable WOWLOUD Paid for Service, such fee will be charged by the company designated by MNC in accordance with the payment method you have chosen for your purchase.
If you are paying by credit or debit card, by designating a card to be billed, you confirm that you are authorised to make such purchase and that you are the holder of such card (i.e. that the card is issued in your name). All prices stated on the WOWLOUD Website are inclusive of any applicable sales taxes and fees. MNC accepts a variety of different payment methods, so please check the WOWLOUD Website for the best way for you to pay.

MNC reserves the right to make changes to this WOWLOUD Privacy Policy at its sole discretion without prior notice. You may also be asked to acknowledge and accept the amended and updated Privacy Policy following any additions or changes.
Please note that by accepting the WOWLOUD Terms and Conditions of Use or by using the WOWLOUD Software Application, the WOWLOUD Service or the WOWLOUD Websites, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in this WOWLOUD Privacy Policy, as well as the other terms of this Policy.
As mentioned above, we will notify you if we make any changes to this WOWLOUD Privacy Policy by posting the new version of the policy on the WOWLOUD Websites. Your continued use of the WOWLOUD Software Application, the WOWLOUD Service or the WOWLOUD Websites following the posting or other notice of changes to this WOWLOUD Privacy Policy will constitute an acceptance of such changes.

9. Language of the Policy
